About us
Rouge de Garance: A family history
In 2002, the Carole’s mother discovered the world of Scrapbooking through discussion groups. She had dabbled in creative hobbies before, but scrap quickly became an addiction which led her in search of new finds via internet forums and chat rooms.
As fast as she could make these visits, meticulously fixed on the dates of the various Parisian chat rooms, she led us through this world of creation, that was before then unknown to us “professionals of graphics and the design".
In 2005, united through our lives as graphic artists and designers, we were delving more and more into scrapbooking where we discovered a wonderful means of expression.
A dream come true for every graphic designer. Carole and Laurent could finally share their passion of creation and see a world of freedom and social and human connection in "30x30" format.
Convinced of the existence of a French style with graphic lines, we happily decided to embark on this creative adventure… a French brand for the “do-it-yourself" and deco world!!
